Tariffs - 2 night minimum stay

Luxury one bedroom Spa Chalet (up to 2 people) $239 per night

Luxury two bedroom Spa Chalet (up to 4 people) $289.00 per night.

Please note the following conditions apply during peak holiday periods:-

3 night minimum stay

EASTER BREAK *
4 nights minimum stay.

CHRISTMAS BREAK * 23rd Dec to 1st Jan
7 night minimum stay.

* NB accommodation balance to be fully paid

Reception Hours - (closed to the public on Wednesdays)

For in-house guests, reception is available from 9:00am to 6:00pm daily for:

• Borrowing Video's, DVD'S, games or books
• Accommodation bookings
• Jacuzzi hire bookings.

Check In - Check Out

• Check-in from 2:00pm (please let us know if you wish to check in after 6:00pm).
• Check-Out by 10:00am (early check in & late check out by prior arrangement only).

Terms & Conditions:

• To confirm your booking we require all your contact details, at least one night deposit, with the balance of your accommodation payable upon arrival.
• Payment can be made with Cash, Postal Order or EFTPOS Direct Debit. Please make cheques or money orders payable to "Celestine Retreat".
• We accept Visa, MasterCard payments - please be aware that a 3% bank charge will be applied.
• Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of your deposit.
• On check-in, guests will be requested to provide a valid credit card for imprinting as a bond for accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date will not be charged.
• Within 30 days of arrival - charge will be the pre-paid deposit. If the accommodation is successfully re-booked, a full refund will be made.
• Gift Vouchers are "pre-paid in full" and are non-refundable, nor transferable for cash.
